Highly recommend this company! They recently replaced the roof on my townhome community and did an excellent job!! The crew was on time, professional, kept the job site very clean, and they knocked out our project in record time! Additionally, the staff was there to answer questions and help us make the best decision for our community. Cannot recommend them enough, thank you guys so much for a job well done!

We highly recommend ASP and are extremely happy with ASP and the installation of our beautiful new metal roof & flat roof on our home in Hollywood. Everyone we worked with starting with our amazing representative Jariana, to JJ & Krystal in operations and Andres & Ruben, our project managers. Each of them were in constant communication with us throughout the process and exceeded our expectation of excellent customer service. I knew I had made the right choice with choosing ASP when we had an issue with the materials being delivered causing damage to our master bedroom due to existing structural damage. It was after 5 on a Friday when I came home & saw my master bedroom ceiling caving in from the weight of the roofing materials sitting in that area collapsing 4 of our trusses. I called right away not sure if I could reach anyone due to it being after hours and immediately both Jariana & JJ were on top of it and before I knew it, Andres was at our home moving the materials and accessing the situation to prevent further damage. Our installation started on Monday and the demolition of our flat roof area of our master. We had major termite damage in that area and with the collapsed trusses causing even more damage. All of the wood had to be replaced and trusses over our bedroom which would have been thousands more in most cases. ASP did not charge us one penny more for the materials or labor and took full accountability from the unfortunate event with our collapsing trusses. They even completed our interior with a beautiful new ceiling and new duct work. Once our metal roof was complete, there were a few cosmetic issues that needed to be done and sure enough Ruben came right out and corrected them immediately!! I can't thank ASP and their amazing team enough for everything they have done for us!! They definitely eased a very stressful situation with their excellent customer service and constant communication!! Thank you again ASP!!

Great job from beginning to end , A plus sales service from Bruce , great communication from Andres the project manager, and great customer service from Jariana going above and beyond to help guide me thru the entire process. Professional company to work with from beginning to end I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family. Beautiful roof highly recommended.
